In the rapidly evolving era of Agentic AI, health data governance faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Agentic AI is no longer merely a passive tool that executes instructions; rather, it consists of intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making, continuous learning, and cross-system collaboration. These agents can actively participate in clinical decision support, health management, and the optimization of healthcare processes. As a result, the demand for high-quality, multi-source, and real-time updated health data has significantly increased, elevating the importance of robust data governance.

 

 

This presentation explores the fundamental transformation of health data governance in the context of Agentic AI. It examines the shift from traditional governance models—primarily focused on data storage and regulatory compliance—toward dynamic governance frameworks centered on data usability, interpretability, and trustworthiness. Key topics include data standardization and interoperability, data quality management, privacy protection and security mechanisms, as well as transparency and accountability in AI-driven decision-making processes. Looking ahead, health data governance will require not only the integration of technology and regulation, but also cross-disciplinary collaboration and a rethinking of governance paradigms.
